Delivery & Returns
Postage is calculated at checkout.
On all orders that travel across water including the Highlands of Scotland, the Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and for International orders, we will advise what the carriage will be before we send it.
We aim to send your order as soon as possible by Royal Mail or Courier. Most of our products will need a signature on receipt. If the item is in stock, we will endeavour to send within 2 days or receiving your order. However, there may be the odd instance when we take a few more days to get your order underway. If it will be any longer, then we will contact you to explain why! If you need the product for a special date, please make us aware of this and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver at the weekends or on bank holidays.
Lastly, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date without extra expense. If you would like to do this, do get in touch.

As we use third party post and couriers, damages can always happen, so if something arrives not quite right, just call us and we will sort it for you with either a replacement or a refund. Please make comment when signing for your delivery that “Accepted but Item is damaged”
If you need to cancel an order at any time, just call or mail us. As you are buying over the Internet, you can return your order for a full refund if you do not like the look of it. You have 7 days to do this from receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, you cannot use the item and then return it! You will need to send the goods back in tip top condition and at your expense. Unfortunately, if they are damaged or lost on the return journey, we cannot accept liability so always best to insure the goods you are returning. Once received, we will then issue a full refund for the goods and the original postage, if paid. This should be done within the week.
For Personalised and Bespoke products, unless the item is faulty, we cannot accept returns for obvious reasons.
